Volvo Group IT in Wroclaw is looking for candidates for the position: Business Application Specialist - SENIOR

Service description:
PriceManager is a Volvo in-house application – designed to work in 27 countries /markets, supporting core financial processes. Supporting loans and lease processes. It has number of integration with remote banking systems, it’s highly customized and configurable. Candidates we are looking for will work in segmented environment together with developers and testers. It’s 2nd line Support for Business Application.

Technical competences:

• Proven record of experience in work with Business Application (at least 6 years). Financial background preferred.
• Proven record of performing Support Team coordinator role / position (SLA fulfilment & reporting, dispatching)
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Polish
• Support mission mindset is required!
• Experience in working in a multi culture environment
• Strong customer/business focus
• Proven experience of working in Agile teams (developers / testers / support)
• ITIL and/or ITSM knowledge (incl Remedy as tool)
• Abilities to travel abroad
• Well organized, ability to work under time pressure.
• Open and receptive to establish and maintain business contacts / relationship
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related

Additional comments:

• A senior person with experience both in applications area and process oriented
• Open to understand business
• Previous experience in similar assignments
• 5+ years of industry and practival experience
• Due to difficult business process, candidate will be required to travel to VFS location in Beesd (Netherlands) during first 3 months of assignement with schedule 2 weeks in NL, 1 week in PL (Wroclaw)
• English – C1
