wykształcenie: licencjat

doświadczenie: • At least two years’ experience on financial, independent positions

DODATKOWE INFORMACJE

The person will be responsible for: 

• Planning and steering of roll out of dealer’s performance measurement system 

• Steering of project progress

• KPI based process management 

• Implementation of benchmarking and performance control

• Development, implementation and support for dealer performance KPI’s 

• Responsible for training concept for the dealers 

From the candidate we expect:

• At least two years’ experience on financial, independent positions 

• experience in at least one of the areas: Business Development, Sales, Aftersales, Controlling, Finance 

• Experience in/with international companies with retail sales model is an asset

• Experience in finance systems implementation 

• Analytical and strategical thinking, understanding and fast capturing of complex correlations

• Good communication and organizational skills,

• University Degree (preferable Finance, Economy, Technical faculty) 

• Very good command of English
