The person will be responsible for :

• Providing support and counselling for Dealers (insurance agents) with regard to the process of sale of insurance products and services connected to it. 

• Taking active part in improvement of effectiveness in those processes.

• Establishing and conducting an expert support for Dealers (insurance agents).

• Cooperation with operational teams of IT provider, insurance partners.

• Taking active part in the development of IT solutions for insurance business.

From the candidate we expect:

• At least one year of insurance experience (property insurance/motor insurance) with good product knowledge

• Experience in project implementation/launch of new products and processes-an asset.

• Experience in the automotive and/or financial industry (insurance, sales) would be beneficial.

• University Degree (Finance, Economy or related).

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated, results-driven.

• Highly structured approach to task fulfilments.

• Business-fluent in Polish and good English.
