Volvo Polska, o. Samochody Ciężarowe w Młochowie is currently looking for: Junior IT Support Specialist
 (Located in Młochów k/Warszawy)

Principal Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance and support to the local users and over the phone
o Support for the computer programs being used
o Support for the IT hardware problems
• Installation and reinstallation: laptops, desktops, cell phones end other IT equipment
• Solving basic incidents of IT Infrastructure and local applications
• Contact with our second line support (mainly via e-mail)

Required Competencies:
• Experience with Microsoft systems: Microsoft Windows 7, 10
• Knowledge of mobile phones systems : iOS and Android
• Intermediate knowledge of IT support tools in Windows environment
• Practical knowledge of MS Office 2010 (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Teamworking and communicative skills,
• Openness to learn new things
• Intermediate English
• Student status
• Driver license cat. B

Would be an asset
