• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in legal area and preferably in the financial sector.

DODATKOWE INFORMACJE

The person will work independently but report to Compliance Officer; will act as legal support and advisor in day to day business and as coordinator towards internal group legal department and external lawyers and authorities.

Responsibility: 

• Responsible for the coordination of all legal topics with the HQ's legal department and external lawyers.
• Provides legal opinions and ensures that an organization follows relevant laws.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining the Legal contracts database. Monitor and track existing contracts and the database providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Responsible for contract management.
• Monitors legal and regulatory environment for the purposes of sustainable legal conformity and improvements to the compliance system.
• Responsible for contacts and cooperation with supervisory authorities (including reporting obligations).

From the candidate we expect:

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in legal area and preferably in the financial sector. 
• Experience in civil, commercial and consumer law. 
• Up-to-date knowledge of the Polish financial services industry (as an asset) 
• Strong communication and presentation skills (as well in English).
• High level of commitment and self-motivation.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Responsibility and willingness in decision making 
• High level knowledge of MS Office
• Master Degree in Law 
• Fluent Polish 
• Very good command of English (oral and written)
