TASKS:

• Solving, escalation system incidents according to the Operations Level Agreements
• Analyzing, assessing and investigating alerts, warnings and errors generated by the corporate IT systems, applications and infrastructure components
• Implementing Changes and processing operational tasks related to corporate IT infrastructure (Corporate and Regional Data Centers, factories and branch offices)
• Cooperation with other support teams

EXPECTATIONS:

• IT support experience (2nd and/or 3rd Lines)
• Deep technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas LAN/WAN, Windows Servers, Unix/Linux, Virtualization (VMWare), Databases (MS SQL, Oracle),
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure
• very good English (written and spoken)
• team-working
• stress-resistance
• willingness to learn
• SAP Basis experience as an asset
• ITIL or COBIT knowledge (certification would be an advantage)
